General information

  • Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.
  • We offer complimentary breakfast served from 07:30 am to 10:00 am.
  • We do not charge any service fee.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Our rooms accommodate 2, 3 or 4 people among adults and children.
  • Our rooms are equipped with cable TV, air-conditioning and mini-fridge.
  • Towels are changed daily, extra towels will be charged. Linens are changed every 3 days.
  • Guests will be charged a fee if room key is lost.


RESERVATIONS

  • Reservations will be confirmed upon a 50% deposit of the total amount.
  • The remaining 50% will be paid upon check-in.
  • We accept Visa and Mastercard.
  • Extra expenses will be paid at check-out.


CANCELLATION POLICIES

All cancellations or requests for a change must be in writing (e-mail is fine).

  • Low season (from March to September) – changing or cancelling a reservation
    • 7 days or more prior to check-in, there will be a 10% fee from the package amount
    • Within 03 to 06 days from check-in date, there will be a 25 % fee from the package amount
    • 48 hours prior to check-in, changes are not allowed and there will be no refunds

  • • High season (from October to February) – changing or cancelling a reservation
    • 15 days or more prior to check-in, there will be a 20% fee from the package amount
    • Within 08 to 14 days from check-in date, there will be a 50% fee from the package amount
    • 7 days prior to check-in, changes are not allowed and there will be no refunds

  • No Show
    Room will be booked until 12:00pm of the following day from check-in date. After that, reservation will be cancelled and there will be no refunds.

  • Cancellation after check-in (early check-out)
    In case of an early check-out, total amount of the reservation will be charged, there will be no refunds.
